Replaced an expensive BI stack
A multi-entity holding company was paying steep per-seat licensing for a legacy BI tool. I built a Next.js + Supabase reporting portal that delivered the bulk of what they needed — server-rendered dashboards, row-level security enforced in the database, and self-serve exports — at a fraction of the recurring cost.
Outcome
Major reduction in recurring per-seat spend; faster, owned reporting.
Multi-tenant donation management portal
A nonprofit needed to manage donors, donations, funds, and campaigns across several related organizations. I built a multi-tenant portal with deduplication, CSV import, audited access, and single sign-on — designed to be handed off and run without a developer babysitting it.

Consolidated donor data and self-sufficient operations.
Third-party data integration
Reporting was scattered across separate CRM, event, and financial platforms. I built pipelines that consolidate those sources into clean, query-ready tables feeding a single source of truth.
