A two-crew residential builder in North Central Arkansas got a 13-page site built around its own photos, its own words, and the towns it serves.

Donor list query: 1,008 ms → 13.7 ms (about 70× faster), with the same security guarantees.
One view of every student, member, and company
A regional training nonprofit got a single identity across its class system, CRM, and events platform — and board-ready reporting on top of it.

CRM syncs run on a schedule with no one touching them, with failure reports emailed when something needs a look.

A public site that turns USDA auction reports into “where should I sell this week?” for any town and radius.

Household finance tracker with an AI connector
A private Rocket-Money-style app: bank sync, budgets, alerts, a construction-loan tracker, and a connector so Claude or ChatGPT can answer questions about it.
Result
One place for both of us to see where the money went, without a subscription.
Dinner planner that builds the grocery order
An AI-connected meal planner: plan the week in a chat, and it produces the Walmart order and the prep reminders.
Result
Planning the week is a short conversation; the order builds itself.
Network status page and ISP outage reports
Self-hosted monitoring for a rural home network that can tell a local-radio problem from an upstream ISP outage.
Result
Hard data to hand the ISP instead of a hunch.
